About the Journal

AL-QAWĀRĪR is a research journal published by Seeraat Chair-Gender Studies & Women Rights (Higher Education Commission Islamabad ) established at the Institute of Islamic Studies, University of the Punjab Lahore. It is devoted to the publication of articles concerned with the Rights and issues of Women in Pakistani Society. It is intended to serve as a means of communication between teachers, research workers, planners, administrators, and all others interested in the problems associated with the above said domain.
