Abstract

Eva, who is such a beautiful gift of nature has embodied all the colors of this universe. She is the personality who brings up the generations that topple the world.  It is an admitted fact that a good woman gives birth to ideal generations that becomes the cause of playing a vital role in the formulation of societies. Before the emergence of Islam Eva was considered inferior and was awarded with lower status but the whole world is the witness that Islam has furnished Eva with civilized, moral, social and family rights. Unfortunately, with the passage of time, the social rights of women bestowed by the Islam are being grasped out of which freedom of opinion, no care of likes and dislikes in significant marital matters, Sexual harassment, Teen age marriages and deprivation of inheritance is also included in it. Besides these customs that are attached to Eva, Islam considered man to be the responsible for all this. As a “Dowry” that has shaped heinous from in the society. In spite this, Islam has explained specified the rights and responsibilities in a very discrimination way but apart from this our social values, customs and uncivilized behaviors have affected in their role .In this article, we have not only analyzed the social problems of Pakistani society rather presented its solution in the light of Islamic teaching and Pakistani laws that how to nip the evil of expanses of Pakistani society.
