شریک حیات سے جبری مباشرت(Marital Rap) کا مغربی قانون اور اسلامی نقطہ نظر
Abstract
Marital rape is the partners is not ready for having sex or we may term it sex without mutual consent. Many countries have framed constitutions in way that the said activity is termed a crime and punishment varies from fine to imprisonment in different countries. If one does marital rape the partner may face anxiety, fear, extreme sadness, suicidal attempts and much more. Few of the short term effects of marital rape are miscarriages, slow growth of babies before delivery, infection of private parts, STD's and infertility. This is causing restlessness and other bad impacts on our society. Islam's point of view of making home the center of pleasure, peace and happiness and it is mandatory to have understanding between both of the partners in order to make such ideal environment. The marital relationship is not just the name of sexual pleasure but it is also includes love, care and sincerity which makes human different than animals otherwise the animals also get themselves indulged into the above mentioned activity. For making the relationship ideal it should not be permitted to make extra marital relations to anyone and there should be proper check and balance for that including reward and punishment. Islam condemns every act of harassments and suggests punishment for extra marital relationship. Islam forbids every activity that tries to cross the set limits. Rather the religion provides a beautiful way making halal relationship after having Nikkah avoiding any such act that harms the ideal relationship.
