The Rights of working women to recreation and solutions to obstacles: In the light of Seerat-e-Tayyaba
Abstract
The Human is a word that applies to both men and women equally; therefore,
there should be uniformity in functioning and responsibilities in both genders.
The various laws enacted for equality of rights can be intuitively understood as
the case cannot be equal in every respect, so in some cases the exception of the
difference between men and women is indispensable. But what should be their
discount and what are the limits? In this case, different principles have been
formulated in different societies, cultures and religions, in which the principle of
the Islam and the west are of major importance in the context of the present. In
the context of this discussion and assumption, we use the teachings of the Quran
and Sunnah in our proposed research paper, and especially the fundamental
philosophies and teachings of the Divine religions, and after reviewing the idea
given by western thinkers In this context, a comprehensive research paper on the
above subject will be written in critical and comparative review of the Western
ideology, making full use of ancient and modern sources. There is a
misconception that Islam believes in gender discrimination because daughter was
given half of the part as compare to the son in inheritance. But it is the only case
while there are no of cases where a female was given the equal, more than a male
part or in some cases a female was given the part and male was deprived. In this
paper we try to highlight the no of cases with example to refute gender
