Abstract

The woman in the early Islam was participating in various matters with men and she was working with them until she was participating in the fighting armies and healing the wounded, as well as she was working in the fields, then she started working in the different companies that assigned her special clothing and what this dress noticed covered her according to Islam, from there the question occurred Is it permissible to work in it, so the scholars forbade working in it until they concluded that it is not permissible to leave the house, This paper shows that Islam did not prevent her from working, but that many of the female companions - may God be pleased with them - were doing the work known in their time, and this paper also states that the problem is not in her work but rather the problem in the contemporary known business fields in which she works, this paper gives Women have the rights to work in various fields of business, but at the same time, it is appreciated that some of them have restrictions so that they can do work in various fields of business under the provisions of Islamic Sharia
