Abstract

Sexual violence is an ugly act that is a major obstacle to the advancement of women in society. Sexual violence is an international issue. The governments of East and West are working hard to prevent sexual violence. Due to the negative effects of modern civilization and some anti-religious tendencies in the society, the incidence of sexual violence has also increased in Pakistan. There are different forms of sexual violence. There are various reasons for this: late marriage, disobedience of veil orders, lack of ethical training, negative use of means of communication, distance from Islamic teachings. , Non-punishment for sexual violence, as well as widespread non-Islamic customs in society, such as mixed parties and the notion of caste.

We will take a closer look at the above mentioned causes of increasing sexual violence in the society. At the same time, we will try to find out in the light of the Serah of the Holy Prophet (saw) what is the solution to these reasons? And what strategy does the Serah of the Holy Prophet provide to protect women from sexual violence in the society?
