Abstract

It was well documented that the physical activity level has a strong impact on indivuals better quality of life.In saudia there is lack of data regarding the positive association of physical activity, health related quality of life among the Saudi population, thus objective of this review of the evolution of womans in recreational activities in among adults with in special focus among Saudi woman in view of the existing literature. Saudi Arabia began participating in sporting events. The Saudi population expected a higher level of achievement based on human and material potential reputation and economice position on their country.

Before Muhammad bin salman Saudi Arabia’s  Government was conservative  in recreational activities of woman in sports. Now Muhammad bin salman introduced recreational steps and opportunities for woman in different fields of life. Islam encourages healthy activites  with some restrictions.
