Abstract

Teachers play an important role in the development of the nation and society. Teachers are the backbone of society, They guide, developed, and trained the students. Each education system also trains in a particular style and produces a particular style of person. Along with men, women teachers have a significant role in the sustainability of society. Women universities can play an important role in the development of a dominant society by providing women with the knowledge and skills required to resist oppressive forces and claim their rights. In the contemporary era, the training of women teachers is integral for providing the best education to the new generation. Along with educational training, Character building of students is the responsibility of teachers. There is no doubt that women teachers have been an incredible source of guidance and enlightenment. Character building of University female students includes proficiency in languages, introduce a decent dress code, and promoting the positive thinking ability, developing confidence among students. This article comprises of the case study of role of women teachers in government college university, Faisalabad along with Government college university. Women can participate as actively as men do in the development of Pakistan, only if they will get a quality education and character-building skill.
