Abstract

Nowadays, the appointment of women judges in Islamic states is being implemented, which is a recommended practice for social stability because it is impossible to create social stability unless women directly participate in the affairs of the judiciary, because it begins One comes from home and a woman gets training in social justice and justice for her children. Domestic problems between women, the woman plays the role of a judge. Karra was an educator as well as an excellent decision maker. People used to take decisions from you. Examples of other mothers of believers are also present in the books. In the same way, considering these examples in the early centuries, the jurists, especially Imam Abu Hanifa, have described the principles, regulations, and scope of the appointment of women judges.
