Abstract

The Human is a word that applies to both men and women equally; therefore, there should be uniformity in functioning and responsibilities in both genders. The various laws enacted for equality of rights can be intuitively understood as the case cannot be equal in every respect, so in some cases the exception of the difference between men and women is indispensable. But what should be their discount and what are the limits?

In this case, different principles have been formulated in different societies, cultures and religions, in which the principle of the Islam and the west are of major importance in the context of the present.

In the context of this discussion and assumption, we use the teachings of the Qur’an and sunnah in our proposed research paper, and especially the fundamental philosophies and teachings of the Divine religions, and after reviewing the idea given by western thinkers In this context, a comprehensive research paper on the above subject will be written in critical and comparative review of the Western ideology, making full use of ancient and modern sources.

There is a misconception that Islam believes in gender discrimination because daughter was given half of the part as compare to the son in inheritance. But it is the only case while there are no of cases where a female was given the equal, more than a male part or in some cases a female was given the part and male was deprived. In this paper we try to highlight the no of cases with example to refute gender discrimination in Islam. While for the case where a female was given the half a series of logical arguments regarding the responsibilities of male because why he was receiving the double are discussed.
