Abstract

Islam, more than any other religion in the world, has strongly urged its followers to take care of the rights of their wives and children. Rather, It is not unreasonable to say that in many places virtues have been mentioned on it. Islam gives great importance to family life, Thus, Islam, after defining the rights and duties of both individually and collectively, has given a concept of the Hereafter which creates a sense of responsibility in every person. And by setting the matter of reward and punishment, He urges every person to pay more than his obligations. Which creates a society in which each person brings satisfaction and comfort to the other.  There is also propaganda today that the West has given women and children too many rights while Islam has tried to kept women locked up in their homes, and forcibly subjugating children to their parents and guardians to stop their freedom. While this is completely wrong. What is needed now is to bring the real concept and better understanding regarding Islam's given rights to women and children to the whole world. It is also responsibility of every Muslim. So, due to this responsibility and reality I will try to describe the topic in detail in this article.
