In Nikah Masiar, the pair enters into a conditional agreement on the ground of certain facilities. This can be called a life of convenience. Which does not take on the general definition of matrimony. In the example of Nikah masyar, the woman usually waives all her rights which are her basic rights in the case of ordinary man and wife, for example, the responsibility of bread and maintenance is not the duty of the human race. This union is usually kept secret and is confined to a physical relationship. As a consequence, there has been a debate among scholars, psychologists and legal experts as to whether it is legal or illegal. Psychologists and legal experts involved in the argument say that union is a form of exploitation of women and its Should not be taken into account.
