Abstract

The  marriage institute in Islam has the core objective of human life. As it fulfils the natural, physical & emotional  needs of man or adult female. This establishment has great objectives because this the fundamental or basic unit of every company. The construction and destruction of nations depend on the character of this establishment. That’s why marriage is real important in Islam. And it has many  clear objectives /purposes in its nature like fair distribution of rights and obligations between men and women, mutual love, attention, affection, kindness and chastity and look after for each other. It is not but a covenant, it receives many other benefits, both direct and collateral. The most significant facet of this contract is the protection of social and legal rights of women, which includes dowry, maintenance, protection, inheritance and  Justice. Only o'er the past three decades, modern varieties of marriage have gone forth, although the practice is common in most Arab nations. In Nikah Masiar, the pair enters into a conditional agreement on the ground of certain facilities. This can be called a life of convenience. Which does not take on the general definition of matrimony. In the example of Nikah masyar, the woman usually waives all her rights which are her basic rights in the case of ordinary man and wife, for example, the responsibility of bread and maintenance is not the duty of the human race. This union is usually kept secret and is confined to a physical relationship.As a consequence, there has been a debate among scholars, psychologists and legal experts as to whether it is legal or illegal. Psychologists and legal experts involved in the argument say that union is a form of exploitation of women and its Should not be taken into account.
