Abstract

Allah has created both men and women to satisfy each other's needs, The
responsibilities and rights related to both have been identified, however,
men have been given a level of superiority over women, just as men are
superior to women. Just as it is obligatory for a man to provide for a
woman's bread and sustenance, in the same way, a woman is also required
to obey her husband and enjoy her pleasure. This good society requires that
the husband and wife should share their work together. If he is doing outdoor
work, she should do indoor work. The conditions under which marriage is
established include the obligations of the wife on the husband, such as
obedience, carrying out household chores, and similarly the obligations of
the husband on the wife, such as dowry, alimony, clothing, and good
company. Rights are equal in performance, so husband and wife are
required to behave in a well-known way, which includes not hurting anyone,
and giving up their rights with each other's consent while he is willing to
pay it
