Abstract

There is a clear rule in Islamic law about travel and entertainment. Its wisdom is described in different ways in many verses of the Holy Qur'an and in the biography of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). There is an order to observe the masterpieces of tourism and nature, which shows that tourism is a blessing in itself. In the same way, women are allowed to pray in congregation in the mosque. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to take his wives with him on pilgrimages, whether it was a journey of jihad or a pilgrimage, or arranging their companionship in the treaty of Hudaibya. At the same time, rules and regulations have been laid down for everything in the Shariah and scope has been set for men and women as well. The basic characteristic of Islam is moderation. Therefore, the issue of tourism for women needs to be seen in this context. The article describes the etiquette prescribed for women in tourism and recreation in Islamic law, as well as its impact on society.Key words: recreation, rules, women, Islam society
