Abstract

The sanctity of plural inter-ethnicity refers to "collecting two sisters into one marriage ۔
In different cases, it is to marry two sisters at the same time, marry one while the other
or gather both in the Milik-i- Yemen۔ The plural is the cause of cruelty۔ The matter that
has been researched in this article gives awareness about the sanctity of Sister in l,
honor and respect remain in the kinship and the desecration and disrespect of an
important relationship like Sali can be avoided۔ In modern times, the sanctity of these
relationships is being violated due to distance from Quran and Sunnah, nakedness,
solitude and frankness ۔ In this article, an attempt has been made to derive the orders
related to the sanctity of the sister-in-law from the teachings of the previous Sharia and
to present the practical views from the Islamic orders and biographies regarding the
honor and respect of the sister-in-law۔ In order to maintain the sanctity of these
relationships in the society, there is an urgent need for guidance from the past and the
past۔ In other Shari'ah, it was forbidden to marry two sisters in one marriage, but in the
Shariah of Ya'qubi, two sisters were allowed to be married at the same time۔ Its effects
are visible until before the declaration of prophethood, but Islam declared it absolutely
forbidden to gather two sisters in the same marriage۔ In this research, conclusions have
been drawn by adopting the method of qualitative research ۔
